After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City in 1992 and working countless restaurant jobs over the years, Peter decided to combine his passion for cooking - specifically sandwich-making - with his interest in pay-per-call services to create the popular "how-to" phone line that has taken the nation by storm. Peter has garnered a cult-following over the years and hopes to open his own restaurant some time in the future.
