Moto Matsuura
Biography
Born in 1977, Matsuura graduated from the Japan Institute of the Moving Image. His short film "Ten Thousand Yen Note" (2015) won the Kiryu Award Grand Prix. He has also worked on several of Chiaki Mayumura’s music videos.
