Venezuelan filmmaker, part of the Techo de la Ballena movement. Know for his short films: Salón Oficial de Arte (1965); Alirio Díaz (1966); El hombre como fin (1968); La escultura en la calle (1972); La casa de plástico (1972); Un domingo en la Plaza Bolívar (1972).
