Biography
Akira Takahashi (高橋 晃, born October 25, 1971) is a Japanese animator, character designer and animation director from Chiba prefecture. He is currently affiliated with Bandai Namco Pictures Iwaki Studio (formely known as Studio Dub). He is best known for being involved in the Toei Animation's PreCure series (Pretty Cure series). Not to be confused with animator Akira Takahashi (高橋 晶), whose name has the same reading but different kanji.
