Daniella Pick is a singer and actress originally from Israel. She was born on November 21, 1983, in Ramat Hasharon, a wealthy suburb of Tel Aviv. Her father is Svika Pick, a musician and producer who is considered one of the most successful and influential figures in the Israeli music industry. Her mother, Mirit Shem-Or, is an artist and jewelry designer. Pick began her career as a singer in the early 2000s, performing mainly in Hebrew. She released several singles and an album, but didn't achieve much success. In 2009, she took a break from music and focused on acting. She appeared in several Israeli films and TV shows, gaining critical acclaim for her performances. One of her most notable roles was in the film "Aya," which won the Best Live Action Short Film at the 87th Academy Awards. In 2016, Pick met Quentin Tarantino, the acclaimed American film director, at a promotional event for his film "The Hateful Eight" in Israel. They started dating soon after and got engaged in 2017. Pick and Tarantino got married on November 28, 2018, in a private ceremony in Los Angeles. Pick had a starring role in Tarantino's 2019 film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," playing one of Charles Manson's followers. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Pick's performance was praised by many. She continues to act and sing, and her career is expected to grow even more in the coming years.
